By accessing and using the Saengicon website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or engage our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.
2. Our Services
Saengicon provides professional civil engineering consultancy services including but not limited to:
- Geotechnical Engineering — site investigation, slope stability, foundation design
- Structural Engineering — structural analysis and design
- Tendering and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) — tender documentation and cost management
The scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines of specific services will be detailed in individual service agreements or engagement letters agreed upon with each client. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of services.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Saengicon and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Engineering reports, drawings, calculations, and documents prepared by Saengicon for a project remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received, at which point the client receives a licence to use those documents for the specific project.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saengicon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific service.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on our website but make no warranties, express or implied, about its completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Fees and Payments
Service fees are agreed upon and documented in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated:
- Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate specified in the service agreement.
- We reserve the right to suspend services on overdue accounts.
- All fees are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the engagement. We will not disclose your project details to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or regulation.
This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of any service agreement.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination:
- You remain liable for fees for all work completed up to the termination date.
- We will deliver all work in progress at the point of termination.
- Any advance retainers for incomplete work will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
